Course fees

Aprende Español course fees are payable per term in advance before the course is due to commence.

Missed classes

We are unable to provide refunds in respect of missed classes as your child's place is reserved for a fixed number of consecutive weeks.

Course cancellation by you

If your child is unable to complete a course (e.g. moving abroad) we will provide a pro-rata refund of the course fee for the balance of classes, provided you notify us at least 4 weeks before the date you wish to cancel.

Class cancellation/Amendment by Aprende Español

In exceptional cases it may be necessary for Aprende Español to cancel or amend the time and/or location of a class.  If a class is cancelled or amended, you will be offered the opportunity to attend another class, provided a place is available.  If a place is not available or you are unable to reschedule, a pro-rata refund for the classes affected will be offered.

Refunds

All refund requests must be made in writing to Aprende Español.  Refunds are only available against course fees and are subject to the criteria set out above.  All refunds will be remitted by Aprende Español within 30 days.
